New Hampshire Home Energy Performance

Whether you own or rent, keep your home comfortable while lowering energy use.

How It Works

An Eversource approved contractor will conduct a no-cost in-home energy audit. During the visit, they will perform health and safety tests, explain how your home uses energy and recommend improvements tailored to you.

Services, costs and savings

To help you complete recommended improvements, you may receive up to $6,000 in incentives toward upgrades like insulation and air sealing. You may also be eligible for 0% home energy efficiency improvement loans, up to $15,000, which can be used toward insulation, air sealing, energy-efficient heating, cooling and water heating equipment and more. That means you can start saving right away on qualified upgrades and continue saving on your energy bills for years to come.

Qualifying for Home Energy Performance

Eligibility for the Home Energy Performance program is based on your home’s heating fuel usage.

Additional incentives are available
