Massachusetts Good Neighbor Energy Fund

The Massachusetts Good Neighbor Energy Fund provides energy assistance to residents in temporary crisis who are struggling to pay their energy bills.

Eligibility guidelines

To be eligible, your annual household income must be within 60-80% of the state median income level and you must not qualify for any federally funded assistance programs. See income eligibility guidelines on the Good Neighbor website.

Apply for assistance

To apply, contact your local Salvation Army Corps Community Center.
