Massachusetts Landlord Allocation

To enroll and/or remove rental properties and associated units from this program:

  1. Fill out the Landlord Allocation Form
  2. Visit the secure document upload page
  3. Select Landlord Allocation and you will be prompted to sign in. If you had a username and password for our Property Management Gateway, you can use that. You can also sign in using an existing Eversource username or you can create an account if you are a first-time user
  4. Once signed in, you will notice that Landlord Allocation Agreement is pre-selected in the document type dropdown of the form. Enter all required information
  5. Attach this completed form
  6. Submit
  7. You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your request, as well as a second confirmation email after we process your request.

If a tenant calls us to discontinue service, we will continue the service to the rental properties listed on the form in the landlord’s name, with the understanding that balances must be paid on time.

If a past due balance accumulates, you may be removed from Landlord Allocation, preventing the service from automatically transferring into your name in the future.

We will also be unable to continue to provide electric and/or gas service if service has been turned off due to non-payment by the tenant.
