Eversource has substantially completed power restoration following Monday’s historic nor’easter – before the previously established global estimated restoration time of 11:59 p.m. on Friday – with crews focused today on restoring service to the remaining customers affected by the storm. As of 6 p.m., fewer than 800 customers were without power statewide, and restoration has been substantially completed. In many communities, power was restored ahead of schedule, despite the severity of the storm and the challenging conditions crews faced in the field.
