Set up a payment plan to avoid disconnections

Set up a payment plan and as long as you continue to make payments on time, your service will continue uninterrupted for the duration of your plan.

Commercial customers with active service (not disconnected), are required to make a down payment of 50% and enroll in a payment plan of up to twelve months to repay the remaining balance. 

All commercial customers whose service has been disconnected for non-payment, can reconnect their service with a down payment of 100% and enrollment in a payment plan of up to twelve months to repay the remaining balance. Late payment charges may still be applied while on a payment plan. Enrolling in a payment plan will help your business avoid disconnection.
