Secure Document Upload - Choose Type

Start on this page to select the type of document you need to send. You will then be prompted to sign into your Eversource account for a secure upload.

mobile-app If using an Android mobile device to upload files, please do not use a Chrome web browser. All other browsers are acceptable.

Upload an image of your government-issued ID (i.e., driver's license, passport, tax exemption certificate) as requested.

For customers and non-customers to submit banking information. This is not for managing your bank account used to pay your bill online.

For contractors to upload a completed Removal of Service – Building Demolition or Construction form.

Submit your list of rental properties in Massachusetts that should have service billed to the landlord between tenants.
