Set up a payment plan to avoid disconnections

Set up a payment plan and as long as you continue to make payments on time, your service will continue uninterrupted for the duration of your plan.

Commercial customers with active service (not disconnected), are required to make a down payment of 25% and enroll in a payment plan of up to six months to repay the remaining balance.

All commercial customers whose service has been disconnected for non-payment, can reconnect their service with a down payment of 50% and enrollment in a payment plan of up to six months to repay the remaining balance. A security deposit may also be charged, if applicable.
