The Property Management Gateway (Gateway) is a free service available to residential rental property owners. The Gateway gives you, and anyone you designate, direct access to manage the gas or electric service at your properties and has other time saving features.

Through the Gateway you can select your preference for the meter when a tenant moves. The meter can be automatically billed to you or disconnected.

After registering for the Gateway you’ll have other features available to you. On your registered properties you can:

• Move in new tenants
• Change the meter transfer options
• Change the mailing address on your bills
• View your bills
• Pay your bills
• Sign up for e-bill

After registering you will receive an e-mail confirming your account has been set up.
