During home construction, we can connect homeowners and contractors with a certified Home Energy Rating System rater or approved third-party agent to guide you through your project and connect you to solutions, rebates and incentives for energy savings.
The program offers rebates, incentives and expertise for two building types: residential new home construction projects that are three stories or less and residential high-rise construction projects that are four or more stories high.
