Estimated Town-By-Town Restoration
Estimated times of restoration reflect the day and time when we expect power restoration in an individual town to be substantially complete.
Substantially complete means 99% of customers in that town have power. Thousands of crews are working around the clock as quickly as safety allows to get everyone's power back on.
As crews arrive on-site to make repairs, individual restoration estimates are being provided. You may have already received or will receive a specific estimate for your location, and detailed information is also available on the outage map. Restoration estimates may change as damage continues to be assessed and crews work on repairs.

Don't see your town?
If you don’t see your town listed, or your outage status says your power has been restored but your power is still out, the outage could be due to a more specific problem with your location.
It's possible that power has been restored to your neighborhood, but your house is experiencing a nested or single outage.
This could be a blown fuse or damage to the direct power line from the pole to your house. Our system can’t detect all nested outages, which is why it is important that you report the outage again.
