We're Updating Our System

What Is Going On?

We’re updating our customer information system.

You don’t need to take any action at this time. If an update is made that affects your account, you’ll receive additional information.

While we make the upgrade, some self-service tools, including billing and payments, will be unavailable through our website and automated phone system May 31 through June 4.

You will see a maintenance message on eversource.com during these outages. These are planned events and your information is secure throughout the process.

What Will be Unavailable?

From noon on Friday, May 31, through 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 4, some self-service transactions will not be available through the automated phone system or your online account.

At that time, you will be able to:

Payments made through channels such as in-person, AutoPay or bill payment through your bank will still be processed but may experience a slight delay in posting to your account.

As a result, no late payment charges will be assessed during this period.
