At this time the Clean Energy Fund for residential loans is fully subscribed. As a result our financing partner National Energy Improvement Fund is not receiving any new applications.

About The Clean Energy Fund
We are partnering with the National Energy Improvement Fund to help implement energy efficiency upgrades more affordable in New Hampshire by offering financing of up to $10,000 with 0% interest.
You can use this loan to help with qualifying energy efficiency services like Air and Ground Source Heat Pumps and Battery Storage. Payments will be added to your monthly Eversource bill.
There is a limited amount of funding for this loan program, so apply quickly to secure yours.
Applying
To receive your loan, work will have to be done by a NEIF-approved contractor.
Note: Loan funding is available on a first come, first served basis, based on the date of receipt of the application, on an ongoing basis until the funds allocated to this program are entirely expended. These funds are now exhausted, and applications are closed. Please check back here for more information on when we will begin to accept new applications.
