Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA)

If you are a Connecticut resident, you can request information about our processing of your personal data. The term processing, under the CTDPA, is our collection, use, storage, disclosure, analysis, deletion or modification of your personal data.

• The data privacy request form is only for current Connecticut residents.
• This form allows you to request a copy of your personal data processed by Eversource.
  
• Before submitting this form, please review the Eversource privacy policy to learn what personal information we collect and how we process your personal data.
  
• When you submit this form, we will take steps to verify your identity to comply with your request. We will contact you if we need further information to verify your identity.
• Eversource has 45 days to provide the requested data, which will be sent to you via the contact email address you provide on the form. We will notify you if we need an extension of time.
  
• You are not required to sign up for or sign into your online profile at eversource.com to submit this form.
• You do not need to submit this form to manage your marketing email subscriptions.
• To update your account information (i.e., name, password, email address, banking information, etc.), sign into your online profile.
• For business customers, privacy choices only apply to you as an individual resident except where indicated.
