Third Party Attachers
Here you will find basic information needed to submit an application to Eversource to attach your facilities to our poles.
Prior to submitting any applications, you must be certified by the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA), Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications & Cable (MDTC) or New Hampshire Public Utilities Committee (NHPUC) and have a signed Pole Attachment License Agreement with Eversource.

Connecticut Existing Third Party Pole Attacher
Eversource no longer accepts paper license requests in Connecticut.
Customers in Connecticut should instead submit Third Party Attachment requests via the web-based Alden ONE application.

Wireless Leasing Program attachment space is available in:
- Hopkinton, Mass. - An existing Communications Tower off Wilson Street. The tower is 130 feet high and is located at 42 degrees, 14 minutes and 40 seconds latitude by 71 degrees, 31 minutes and 2 seconds longitude.
- Framingham, Mass. - Two existing antenna structures at 400 Brimstone Lane (also known as Nobscot Hill). One tower structure is 140 feet high and is located at 42 degrees, 20 minutes and 49 seconds latitude by 71 degrees, 27 minutes and 00 seconds longitude. The second tower structure is 67 feet high located at 42 degrees, 20 minutes and 49 seconds latitude by 71 degrees, 27 minutes and 00 seconds longitude.
- Westwood, Mass. - An existing rooftop off University Avenue in Westwood, Mass. near Route 128/Interstate 95 and Interstate 93. It is the highest point in the area.
