Supplier notice
Following implementation of a new billing system in June 2024, our Eastern Massachusetts service area experienced issues that may have impacted historical load information, including incorrect ICAP tag data and certain data mapping issues.
We assembled a leadership team to investigate and expedite remediation where appropriate, including resettlements and Request for Billing Adjustments (RBAs).
We have identified the issues that have contributed to these concerns, completed the majority of our testing in a controlled environment and are implementing the solutions to the production systems. Our goal continues to be to resolve all issues and concerns, and provide accurate load data in an expeditious manner.
