• Load side wires installed in meter box and main panel

Underground Service/Line Extension

• All conduit installed to agreed locations and at proper depth
• Trench back-filled
• Caution tape installed
• String installed in all pipe - capable of 200 lb. pull
• All transformer and sector foundations and junction boxes installed at agreed locations and properly graded
• All conduit in transformer slabs and sector foundations located in proper area of opening
• All conduit cut to proper height in slabs and foundations
• Temporary meter box mounted adjacent to permanent meter location
• Ground rods installed
• GFI installed (for temp only)
• Permanent meter box installed at agreed location and properly secured
• Expansion joint installed properly on house end of conduit
• Galvanized sweep grounded
• Municipal inspection received
