Neighbor Helping Neighbor was established in partnership with the six Community Action Agencies (CAAs) across the state to help those who don't qualify for federally funded assistance programs but may be experiencing a temporary crisis which has left them unable to pay their utility bill.
You can apply for energy assistance through the Neighbor Helping Neighbor Fund at the Community Action Agency in your area:

You can make a one-time online contribution, or setup a recurring contribution to your monthly bill.
Every dollar you contribute is tax-deductible and 100 percent of all donations are used for energy assistance grants. You can remove a monthly contribution at any time.
