What Is Going On?
We’ve updated our customer information system.
You don’t need to take any action at this time. If an update is made that affects your account, you’ll receive additional information.
Billing transactions are back up.
Payments made through channels such as in-person, AutoPay, mail or your bank were still be processed but may experience a slight delay in posting to your account.
As a result, no late payment charges will be assessed during this period.
