With a Home Energy Assessment, an Energy Specialist will not only visit your home and evaluate its current energy use, but also conduct important safety tests on any natural gas, oil or propane appliances, and install no-cost energy-saving improvements.

You'll also receive a personalized report to help you better manage your energy use, such as no-cost targeted air sealing to reduce drafts, improved insulation, upgrades to energy-efficient equipment, and rebates and incentives to save you money along the way. 

If you are a lower- or fixed-income customer, you may also qualify for additional services and incentives.

An Energy Specialist will examine your current energy use, conduct important safety tests on any natural gas, oil or propane appliances, and install no-cost energy saving improvements such as LED light bulbs, advanced power strips, low-flow showerheads, or faucet aerators.

You will also receive a customized report highlighting even more opportunities for energy savings, as well as information about money-saving rebates and incentives, including opportunities exclusively for renters.

If you are a lower- or fixed-income customer, you may also qualify for additional services and incentives.

During a Home Energy Assessment, an Energy Specialist will visit your property, evaluate its energy use, and install no-cost energy saving improvements such as LED lightbulbs, faucet aerators and advanced power strips.

Additionally, you'll receive information about other rebates and incentives you may qualify for, such as no-cost sealing of air leaks to reduce drafts, discounted insulation improvements, and rebates on energy efficient HVAC equipment and appliances. Buildings with five or more units may qualify for additional upgrades.

If 50 percent or more of your tenants qualify as low-income you may be eligible for additional rebates and incentives.
