We're Updating Our System

Here's what you need to know.

What Is Going On?

We’re updating our customer information system. This is the first of several planned phases.

While we make the upgrade, online bill payments are currently unavailable through our website, app and automated phone system.

These are planned events and your information is secure throughout the process.

Payments made through other channels, such as in-person, via Auto Pay or bill payment through your bank, will still be processed but may experience a slight delay posting to your account.  

As a result, no late payment charges will be assessed during this period
