During the set-up process, you will be asked to provide your banking information or a credit card, as a down payment is required.
If you are unable to meet the terms of your payment arrangement, it is important that you call us, so that we can work together to continue to address your needs.
If your service has been disconnected, it is important that you call Eversource after the past-due balance is paid in full to have your service reconnected. Please call us at 800-286-2828 (electric) or 800-438-2278 (gas) to speak to a Customer Service Representative between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
