Energy Profiler Online (EPO)
Energy Profiler Online (EPO) is a web-based service provided by Eversource in conjunction with Schneider Electric allowing you to access your meter usage data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Further, EPO is easy to use and requires minimal user training or programming.
EPO is considered one of the best products in the industry for distilling volumes of raw customer load and usage data into meaningful information and analysis in a secure, password-protected environment.
EPO provides various methods of data display and analysis tools - showing both current and historical usage. EPO can allow you to:
- Monitor usage in order to tailor business operations to take advantage of off-peak energy rates;
- Analyze data to allow you to shop for competitive energy pricing;
- Compare data from multiple sites;
- Download data for offline analysis in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Lotus 1-2-3 or other programs.

How do I sign up? How much is EPO?
To sign up for EPO you (or your supplier) must complete and submit a service agreement form for Connecticut, Western Massachusetts or Eastern Massachusetts. You have the option of subscribing for 30 days or annually.
You have the option of specifying a third party for billing purposes. Eversource accepts checks or purchase orders for EPO, however credit cards are not accepted. Charges will appear separately from your regular electric bill. Eversource reserves the right to suspend accounts that are in a delinquent payment status.
