How do I make changes to my account?

You can make changes online if you are registered at Eversource.com, including enrollment in paperless billing and paying your bills online, setting up automatic payments, obtaining a personalized Energy Savings Plan, or information on choosing an energy supplier.

Moreover, you can edit your Eversource account profile, including your email address, password and your phone number. You can also add accounts to your profile or sign up to receive overdue notices and account alerts for outages, pending statements, payment status or service disconnection.
