North Atlantic Energy Corporation (NAEC) Wholly-owned subsidiary of Eversource Energy; owned PSNH's share of the Seabrook nuclear generating facility (Seabrook) which was sold to FPL in 2002.  NAEC is in the process of winding down its business.

BSW HoldCo LLC  Joint venture formed by Eversource and DONG Energy as the project company to develop an offshor​e wind farm to be located approximately 15-25 miles south of Martha's Vineyard of which Eversource Investment LLC owns 50%.  
Bay State Holdco LLC Joint venture formed by Eversource and DONG Energy as the company to hold offshore leases for Bay State Wind of which Eversource Investment LLC owns 50 %.  
Grid Assurance LLC  Consortium of electric utilities maintaining and storing spare parts of which EE-TV owns 16.67%.
